Tungsten carbide threading inserts are professional indexable turning tools specially used for CNC lathe thread machining, widely applied in precision metal thread turning in mechanical manufacturing. Made of high-density tungsten carbide substrate, these threading blades own superior hardness, excellent wear resistance and outstanding high-temperature resistance, which perfectly solves the tool wear and edge chipping problems during high-speed continuous threading processing.

This product covers complete thread types to meet global standard machining demands, including external threading inserts (16ER) and internal threading inserts (16IR). It supports mainstream thread standards such as Metric, UN, NPT and BSP threads, with optional full profile and partial profile designs. Multiple PVD coatings are available, including TiN golden coating, TiCN coating and AlTiN black coating. The optimized coating layer effectively reduces cutting friction, prevents built-up edge, lowers workpiece surface burrs, and greatly prolongs tool service life.
